Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be issued in specific cases, such as duplicate payments, technical issues that prevent access to purchased services, or unauthorized transactions (subject to investigation).

Refunds are provided only for purchases made directly through Openlly’s official payment channels. Purchases made through unauthorized third-party platforms or resellers are not eligible.

  • Verified billing mistakes caused by system errors

Refunds are not provided for change of mind, misuse of the service, user negligence, or expired promotions. Any misuse of the refund process may result in suspension or termination of your account.

Refund Request Timeline

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original transaction date. Requests submitted beyond this timeline will not be considered.

In certain exceptional cases, such as extended service downtime or critical technical issues, we may extend this timeline at our discretion.

Timely submission of refund requests is the responsibility of the user. Failure to provide the necessary information within the deadline may result in denial of the refund.

Processing Time

Refunds, once approved, will be initiated to your original payment method only. Alternate refund methods (such as cash or third-party transfers) are not supported.

We are not responsible for delays caused by your bank, credit card provider, or other financial intermediaries.

In rare cases, it may take up to 15 business days for funds to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider’s policies.
